I race a 91 cr ...budget special and am very interested in Suspension ....
I am also an avid Royal Enfield rider ,,,, Well am a mechanic so need to tinker
Hope I there is some good stuff I can share

Royal Enfield huh??? :yikes: Damn, you must be an old fart. ;) jk.

There's a couple other old farts around here that know a little about the British stuff.

I raced a 91 CR250 myself. The suspension on that model is very harsh. Mine was like a pogo stick. At 145 lbs I could not get mine to work without installing Race Tech gold valves and re-shimming. The stock valves do not let the suspension move fast enough through the stroke. The gold valves are opned up to allow the oil to flow faster.
