So Im sitting here on hold for ever with U.S. Air trying to get a refund for a flight they cancled 3 hours before it was supposed to take off. Its been over a month, I have called, faxed, and emailed my request and they still claim on thier staus page they have no request. Is it just me or is trying to get money back from an airline like trying to pull a chew toy from a pit bull's mouth.
BTW, while Im at it, U.S. air you just suck. I have not been a smooth flight that was on time with them yet!
I know, stop flying U.S. air right? I will try, but Philly is a U.S. air hub and its hard to get comprable prices and times on other air lines.
