I was wondering if any of you have run into the same problem I have with the Crf450's? If you tighten the bolts too tight for the engine guards the sleeves in the frame will spin and not allow you to put a whole lot of tension on the bolts. I figured out how to get the bolts out, but I was wondering if anyone else had ran into this problem and figured out a way to keep the sleeves from spining? I believe the sleeve is made out of steel, and of course I know the frame is made out of aluminum, so putting a tack weld on the sleeve to the frame is ruled out. Any ideas guys?
