AMA Congress passes National advancement system. It took almost a whole afternoon of amendments, and discussion but its on for 04. Not a total implimentation but ALL districts will have to follow this criteria, non organized districts will be looked at in 04 by AMA and the plan is for AMA staff to handle it totally in 2005.
