Look like there will be another orange bike in the woods. I'm picking up a 2001 KTM250 EXC tomorrow. :ride: I think its a good deal. $2600.00 Also, the bike is street titled. The bike still has the OEM tires on it and there still sharp on the leading edge. The only scuff is on the rear fender where it looks like a boot may have bumped the fender. I'll be the third owner, but clearly the first two did not ride the bike at all. Probably be a little learning curve coming off the XR600R, but I think I can adjust. The 96 XR600 is for sale and in excellent shape if anyone may be interested. See ya'll in the woods!!

It amazes me sometime to think people buy bikes like this and just let them sit. At least the guy did drain the fuel and keep it dry. My son pointed out that it didn't even have the paint wore off the tops of the footpegs. On another note, is there anything I should look out for on this bike? It all seems pretty solid to me. Does this bike have the adjustable power valve with the changing of the springs? And for the tires, it has the Bridgestone M77 & M78's How good or bad are these tires for the Michigan sand? An for sure I just need some time to ride it. I'm sure the neighbors get pretty tired of me buzzing up and down the block. :p
