Any one else had this problem with Motosport?

Well has any one had any problems with the company " motosport "? i just ordered 900 dollar's worth of stuff yesterday, pay to have it over nighted and when i get the box. Half the stuff is missing or wrong. Im missing my top-end kit, front sprocket, back sprocket, o-ring chain, and they sent me the wrong tire. I need a 110/90/19, they sent me a 130/70-19.

Kind of sucks to pay that much money for stuff you need and they screw it up :bang:

Will they send the rest of the stuff / right parts overnight (at their cost) when they get it? Have you called them? They are a good outfit in my experience.

I have never had a problem with motosport. infact one time they forgot to put a part in and the nighted it so it would get to me the same time the rest of the parts got here.

My dad is in the process of calling them, it cost almost 150 to overnight the part's so i hope they pay :)

Yes, i sold one of my car's, and the buyer showed up 2 days late with the money :(

I ordered a pants/shirt/gloves set and the pants were WAY off, but after emailing them, they gave me a number to put on my return package and credited me for the $ I spent to send back to wrong pants...and of course sent the correct pants overnight at their cost...they seemed ready and willing to make up for any loss that occurred.

Well my dad has been aruging with them for over 6 hour's back and fourth and they haven't returned are phone calls. We finally got it figured out ( well we hope )


Just weird how everything expensive was missing and all the cheap stuff came..

Well yesterday ( friday ) they said they would send it out overnight, the fedex guy delivered the other stuff yesterday around 1:30. It's 2:30 now.

I need these parts for a race..

Fedex doesn't deliver on Saturdays.

Oh well they told me the part's would be here saturday, Guess they didn't show up. It was over nighted to come on saturday to.


I guess i just wont give them any more bussiness anymore.
