Easiest quick fix is to shave the seat foam, that will get ya about an inch. Other than that, the subframe can be cut and or have the suspension done. Do a search with "lower suspension" or "lower bike"theres a lot of info here about it.
Personaly I wouldn't cut the foam, once you do it theres no going back and it never looks as good. I would have the suspension done, or just let some compression of the single shock spring.
