hey,my old 125 pit bike engine decided to die so i brought a cheap cub 90 engine,had to use the wiring loom for the c90 and had to make some adjustments-they were- position the battery under the rear of the seat with a home made wrap around bracket,cut the exhaust at the manifold to make it shorter to fit in the engine tightly with no gaps,make a L shaped bracket with 3 holes in to line up with the lower engine mount as the top fits perfect(this has made the mount much stronger at the lower mount,grind the c90 sprocket to make it thinner to accept the chain(only a couple of ml each side -fits perfect now) and a few minor mods.all in all im very happy with the new engine as its a real honda engine and not like the cheap clones.has anyone else done any mods like this?would like to hear what youve done?
