Me and 2 other riders are coming down and plan to bring our bikes. I need to know where the people that are riding tracks plan to go.

I *think* I can leave the bikes at TX246's house in Denton, so I could ride in Dallas or Nocona or where ever.

Thanks!

If I'm not recovering from a hang over... Mosier or Nocona sounds good for Sunday. I need to celebrate after Chad beats RC again.

The problem with Mosier Valley is that it gets overcrowded on the weekends, and especially on a SX weekend. It sits almost dead center between Dallas Fort Worth, so they have to run a organized practice. Last time I was out there the practice schedule was

Beginner 50's, 60's & 80's
Intermediate 80's
Beginner Big Bike 125's+
Advanced Big Bike

And what this means is you get to ride for about 30 minutes and sit for two hours between practices. They may have changed things around a bit, but I haven't heard anything about it. Also, Mosier Valley has had a lot of media exposure lately, albeit negative but publicity anyway, and I think that has contributed to it's growing popularity.

My take on Mosier Valley, it a fantastic place to race. Sucks for practice, group rides or group get-togethers

Nocona would be the best place IMHO for open non-organized practice on Sunday. I had a buddy ask the owner how much it would cost to rent the track for a day and it was under $200, but I bet everybody is going back to work on Monday. If I don't stay up to late on Saturday I'll be at Nocona on Sunday after the race...hope to see some of you guys there.

It means you will get half way there before you remember you left your boots at home and if you dare show your sorry but out there I will be happy to show you what the red bike can do.

NASCAR sucks.

I did see a guy today wearing a Lowe's NASCAR, idiot-looking jacket. I ordered mine on-line soon as I got home!
