are samsung tv's and dvd players good?

Hi, i saw the perfect samsung tv that would fit in my entertainment cabinet,, it was a 42 inch widescreen with pip, plasma, hdtv ready....etc......

do you guys think samsung is good as sony and panasonic?

Can't speak about the TV/DVD products but I know I am thrilled with the quality of my Samsung LCD monitor.

I've got Samsung monitors & TV's that I'm plenty happy with.

I've got their DLP TV and one of their home theater in a box thingies. No complaints.

There are some good forums that answere such questions.A guy at work bought his HDTV by reading those forums.....sorry I don't know what there are tho
