A while back I posted about my cables being shredded. I was directed to call them up and have them ordered. I also had a broken buckle on my upper left brace.

I live in Delaware, so I was expecting it to take quite a while coming from Cali. I ordered it on a Thursday, and on Monday, it was there. Unreal. And to boot, all of this was free of charge. All new cables and a full set of buckles, no questions asked. I am extremely impressed with their willingness to go out on a limb...I'm huge on customer service, and I am 100% impressed...

Just wanted to post my thoughts and thank Asterisk for their support... :thumb:

I agree with your thoughts. There is no reason to be dissatisfied with the Cells, just give Asterisk a call and they will make it right. So far the new fiber hinges are holding up great :thumb: Nice improvement to an already great product.

My cables were toast also, I called them on Monday and the new fiber cables were in the mail Thursday! Thanks Laura for the quick response!
