When measuring for the Asterisk Knee Braces, should the knee width be measured with the skin pressed tightly against the knee or with the skin in a relaxed state? I ordered a set of mediums and have been wondering if I measured correctly. I tried calling Asterisk this morning, but have not heard back yet so I thought I would ask in here.
Thanks in advance.

Jeepboy, did you take a circumference measurement at the knee, or did you use calipers for a width measurement? Brad or Laura should be in at this point if you want to talk to them to make sure. If you have your circumference measurements, send me a PM with them along with your height and weight and I'll double check for you.

Agreed, calipers are way more accurate, but most people don't have calipers long enough to reach the side of the knee, that's why we always ask for height and weight to make a better judgement call if need be.
