How 'bout some dez this Sunday? Base/stage 2 mi. east (right) off of I-15, Hodge Rd off ramp, BLM (legal) area northeast of Victorville.

I'll be there with a new victim, ooops I mean friend (spdnjoe). Scar will be there on his new WR250 trying to avoid the unavoidable character marks that the new scooter will surely have by the end of the day.

I'm thinking a ride out to Slash X cafe for lunch might be nice.

Any takers?

I'm working this weekend, but what's the ride like? I'm a rookie so I shouldn't be doing anything too tough (read steep and rutty)

What are some good places for a beginner to ride? Looking for easy trails but with fun hills and jumps on the side.

Open desert with some small hill climbs. I have only been to this spot once and loved it. Rookies are always welcome to join in on the carnage. El Mirage is another great place for a newbie.

LOL, that's gotta be your new tag line. :moon:

Well I was gonna ride her stock and then see what the mods did, but I got the flu last weekend and couldn't do much except terrorize the nieghbors.

So I've done the free mods airbox lid & snorkle gone, clipped the grey wire, and after this weekend we'll go with the yz timing, pipe of some kind, pro tapers, scotts, and some barkies. Gotta love those commission checks that your wife doesn't know about. :aj: See ya Sunday.

Your welcome to join us. I think it'll take about 2 hour from SD depending on the way you go. It's fine for your first ride in while, its not real tough at all and we'll be breaking in some new bikes. At the staging area look for Thumbs' Brown f150 ext cab with a custom rear end( dented from crash.) both side pannels of the bed are buckled. I'll be in a Blue Astro Van(I know, I know) with a custom black bike carrier.

Hodge Ride

I need to ride unfortunately, my bike doesn’t agree with me. Crunched pipe and radiator. Big bucks for a new radiator. Does anyone know the name of the radiator shop in Fontana that fixes a badly damaged radiator?

Grab A dirt bike mag, There's a place I believe in Utah that does a real good job. If you can't find them I can dig up there number later.

bc,

we'll see you there.

I'm like a little kid, I'll be there all day until I hear my mom yelling at me to come home for dinner.

Don't forget to bring your $ for lunch at Slash X.

Look for this......
