A spark plug is a spark plug. As long as it has the correct heat range and thread reach, it will work. I use Champion RN3C plugs, with excellent plug life. The one thing to be careful of is that some bikes with digital ignitions are sensitive to the plug being a resistor type or not. I always run resistor plugs.

Ive also heard tell that a resistor plug will give a better (ie: stronger) spark.
But i'm not sure if thats an old wives tale or not.....

I agree -w- spanky on the Champion deal.
My YZ400 runs great -w- N3C's.:)

You will not likely find a spark plug made for a car that has the correct heat range, thread diameter and reach, for your bike.
