Back in the saddle again!

Hi all, Im 29 and the father of 2 boys 9 and 6 and after an 8 year removale from motorcycles I think im back. I talked the wife into letting me get the boys a 50cc bike for Christmas and then upgrading the 9year old after he shows he can handle it.

For dad I get a Dirt bike after the boys get accustomed to riding around our 2 acres and are comfortable enough on the bikes to take some light trail riding.

Further note Mom Even said she may hop on a small off road bike and join in! :yikes:

And better still I am now looking into the purchase of a V Star 1100 for daily riding to and from work and around the beach area.

Great news, keep it going. I've found that there is no better bonding time than when riding together. Let us know how it's going.

I'm 32 and recently got back into it. My son is 10 and we just recently upgraded him to a CR85. He was riding a CRF 80 before that (which I'm now selling).
That was the only bike mom would get on though, the 2-strokes scare her :laugh:
