bad cylinder????

i have a 1990 kx 125 that i bought cheap, and i think that it went too long without being rebuilt and it tore the cylinder up too bad to be fixed. http://www.kensmetalcreations.com/1.JPG see what you think about it. thanks alot

From what I can see in the picture, this is far from "dead".
I thing John's suggestion is a good one. Get it in for repairs.
