How bad is it bent? I know that i folded my 2000 cr80 subframe pretty good, but i straightened it out with a block of wood and a hammer. But that was a metal frame im not sure about aluminum. Maybe check ebay for a cheap one for sale. I know that i have seen a few on there before
I'd check with AC Racing ...you can get a new one for around $190.00 which is alot less than the OEM one for over $300.00 I bent my 94 CR125 subframe a few years ago and replaced it w/the AC Racing one and was pretty happy with the quality considering the lower price. Plus it was aluminum not steel. I personally wouldn't trust bending one back into shape.....it will have weak spots....and wouldn't want myself to get hurt because it decides to fold over again while riding.
No the one i bent back wasnt that bad though just one side rail was sitting a little higher then the other so i knocked it back down. Oh ps never lend your bike to anyone that how they screwed up mine.
