Bent Frame

Well, I figured it woudn't take long for somebody to other than myself to flip my KX500. Way too much power for available! My brother had it leave him on his bum as he was going through some whoops. It flipped a couple times. My subframe is bent, left side down and the right side seems to be bent up. The upper part that connects to the main frame is bent donw on one side as well. My question is can I take a pipe and get this stuff pretty close or should I take it to a shop and have them get it exactly right?

If you can get the subframe straight without cracking it, I would put it back on and not worry about it! If it is cracked you either need to weld it or get a new one! (I know that sucks) As long it is not the main frame I don't worry TOO much.

You can undo a lot of damage on a sub frame. Make sure you check all the welds when you get it straight.

use a port-a-power hydraulic jack to straighten it
