my 98 kawasaki kx80 is bored out to 100 i just got a new bigger cylinder then i put a kx100 piston in it hauls ass once it gets going iv been having problems with my bike not about the bore kit though just the thing not starting then all the other little stuff.
you can go above 100. 105 to 110 is about the reliable limit. you can very inexpensively go to 92 for a decent gain with minimal cost. when you do the big bore you run in to clearance issues with the power valve. If your going to do the work yourself the 92 is easiest. just ship your cylinder off to US chrome and have them do the .080 over setup. much improvement in power. Many different combo's above that of bore/stroke depending on what you want and what your willing to spend.
