Help Bike rolls in first gear

Hi I have a 1994 yamaha rt 100 and recently whenever the bike is off it rolls in the first gear as if it is in neutral. I don't know what is causing it but today when riding I tried to shift into third but it put me into neutral.

Okay so does first gear work when you ride it?
Did it shift to neutral everytime you tried to shift to third or just that once?

It did it just that once and yes first gear works when I ride it.
But yesterday it started doing it in 2 gear too so I just started pushing it. Well I heard a click and then it acted like second gear again and the gears were much easier too shift
