I have found a great new way to make myself very tired. It all started when my friends pushed me into riding my bike down this hill type area. Well we got hooked on it.. We walk our bikes up the hill and hold on for dear life going down it, then back up and down.... Do this 30+ times and day and it starts to wear you down...:eek: But it's very fun and a great way to "feel the burn" lol. So if you have a sandy hill and lots of time, I highly sugest trying this fun form of getting fit.
