Does anyone know of a good boook of drills for training a young mx'er? I bought the Pro Motocross and Off Road Riding Techniques book by Donnie Bales with Gary Semics and while it's an excellent read and full of helpful information I would really like a book of drills to run my son through when we go riding to reinforce the skills he is trying to learn. Any leads would be greatly appreciated!

All of Gary Semics tapes feature drills that can be executed at home in the garage, seated on the bike, and drills to be practiced at the track or in an open field. In fact, you dont need to spend a lot of time at the track when trying to instill fundemental techniques. Any small area will do. In essence, get your son to rider around a small oval, set up with pylons, hay bales, whatever. And have him execute figure eights, practicing body movement, braking and throttle application. This one excercise will really maximize the quality of his practice time
