broken case saver mounting hole

the lower bolt hole that is cast into the case for the case saver is broken off,which i assume came from the previous owner running the bike without it and the chain flying off,causing it to slam into the mount.is there any way i can have the mount repaired or will i have to buy a new case half?(i hope not as the cases for the kx are only available as a set)

Been there before. If u have the broken piece u can get it mig or tig welded, if its not to big and u dont have the piece it can be fabricated and machined. As far as the cases i pretty sure all kaw. cases are sold as a set. (I was able to find cases used and mixed halfs, lotz of gasket maker and new gasket did the job) good luck.
