Haven't raced since Memorial Day at Whitney so when things worked out for me this weekend I headed to the closest track with real dirt so I could write a ride report.

Got there a little late as usual but plenty of time for my second practice. Noticed my bike was having handling problems (see post in flame forum.. http://www.dirtrider.net/forums3/showthread.php?s=&threadid=52403 After I got that detail ironed out I had a blast. Got terrible starts both motos and had to work through the pack 2nd moto. Ended up with a 4th overall out of 16. Not as bad as I had anticipated after not riding in a month. Met a few good people, had a nice time and brought home another trophy. To top it off I was out of there by noon. I'm hoping I'll get to ride next weekend too. :aj:

Funny you should bring that up. I was looking over my collection of "plastic" trophys and thinking "man, I never thought I'd ever have this many trophys for racing less than a year!" "Especially when I aint that good."

Good job Jeff. Glad to hear you got some saddle time in. DW02 is not far away.
