I believe you have to have a certain number of posts before you can load up the memory banks, and a tin foil hat.

Once you have enough posts (not sure how many) you can post an attachment. In order for it to work you have to be sure to follow the guidelines on size of the picture so it doesn't overwhelm the whole forum. Look on the page while you are posting for the manage attachments field
