Can rim locks be reused?

Just as the question states. Finally gathered enough cash to purchase a set of Maxxis surcross tires, tubes and rim strips. Gonna try to order them tonight or tomorrow. Any help would be cool. While I'm at it, do these tires hook up in tacky dirt and/or clay. Seems to be the norm here in Ohia. Thanks for the responses guys!

Yep, rim locks are reusable. I dunno how those tired are tho, Ive never tryed them.
