Can some 1 plz tell me how to run in a replated barrel and new piston.

Justgoy the barrel and pistin back and looking to run it in properly guys and was wondering if ther is any info on the best way to go about this.

Start it, bring it to temp,let it cool, check the torque on the head and jug, start it again go run the piss out of it. have fun

Also witch way dose the piston ring go on the piston or can it go on any way.

The piston is a wiseco piston and on the ring its got a little letter (N) stamped on it.

Right i just phoned up race spec to ask them witch way the ring gose and thay said it faces up so got that sorted.

Now is ther a place were i can get a power valve bearing as when i sent it of to be replated thay removed the power valve and bearing so i need to fine a place were to get a new 1 from as i dont wonna be using the old bearing thay sent back to me so if ther is any places any body nose were i can get 1 from plz could u let me no. Iv looked all over the net and phoned around.

If you don't want to go to the motorcycle shop you could take the old bearing to a bearing distributor and they can match one for you.
