can sx be cancelled due to rain?

hi, i am gonna see my first sx races next year,, is atlanta an indoor event that cant be cancelled due to rain? and what about san diego?

i've been to a couple of muddy ones in dallas. one of the oklahoma city supercrosses got delayed several hours because of rain but i've never heard of one being canceled.

Atlanta is in Georgia Dome

The Georgia Dome is enclosed and the pits are also indoor so rain is no problem.

I doubt they would cancel an SX. Wasn't it Salt Lake last year that was a lake due to rain just hours before racetime. They scraped off all the water and muck then raced. Mud was so deep just off the track that bikes got stuck standing upright if they went off
