can u tell if a fmf pipe will fit using part numbers

im trying to buy an fmf fatty off of ebay and i dont know if it will fit and the guy doesnt know either, i have part numbers but dont know how to tell if it will fit....im riding a 99 cr 250r, the part number is either (059 y31) or 1710 24c.
