Can you use multiple base gaskets on cr125?

I was wondering if this was possible. I'm waiting for the parts to arrive to rebuild the topend of my 94 cr125. And I was planning to get an assortment of basegaskets of different thicknesses to play with the cylinder height. And I wondered if it was possible to use 2 base gaskets on top of eachother. If that is possible can somebody give me tips on the distance between the squishband and piston for this bike? Thanks

yes no problem.Us ethick solder down the spark plug hole in line with the bearing pin.Kick it over then remove solder and measure.You can also double up on the head gaskets.
