I know I'm a little late David, but as they say better late than never. So what did you think of those whoops? I think there might have been a total of 50 yds. with no whoops in it and that's because it was a highway. If TTR uses the same trail for next year I think my presence in Tallahassee the weekend of the race will be obsolete. With the way it sounds there might not even be a next year. I live in the Ocala National Forest and FTR has already lost the Armadillo Enduro and the Enduro in Lake Delancy and seeings how the Capitol City Enduro is in another National Forest in Florida, I think it's only a matter of time until all we can do is ride motocross to practice.
David I hope I'm wrong too. At the Orange State Enduro you'll be sure to find those bottomless whoops, but historiclly no where near as bad as the Capitol City Enduro. The Orange State Enduro is run in the Croom Cycle Park and the Withalacochee State Forest which the latter is only open once a year to dirtbikes and that's going to be this weekend, so when you are in there it's not that bad but when your in the croom park it's terrible. It's been voted the #1 Enduro for several years in the past. If you make it good luck and God Bless.
Hi Zippy - How was the Croom enduro for you. Was it as bad as Capital City Enduro? I rode Capital City and hurt a rib or two so I had to miss the next H/S at Osteen that I was really looking forward too:(
You gonna be at Ocala NF this Sunday (10/28) by any chance? I'm still hoping to hook up with you there! You riding the H/S at Palatka 11/4?
Hey FLBOB I didn't make it to the croom enduro. I will be at the Palatka H/S though. I'm afraid I won't be in Ocala this weekend, going to Busch Gardens. The next time I go up there I'll post a message to let you know. What class do you ride in? Well gotta run and help the wife clean the kitchen before she blows her top. SEE YA!
