carb or power band trouble

:blah: Can't figure it out. Either can't achieve power band range... WHY? or Carb jet setting wrong? Again WHY

give a little more info - does the bike not reach power at all? does it stall? does it BOG with no power or simply not have any power? could be your power valve - I need more info though
