Glad to hear everyone had a good time. I agree with Cal, though. One day is just not long enough to enjoy everyone's company. We'll definately have to schedule a campout down here so we can BS....I mean bench race around the fire. That's about my favorite way to end a good day of riding. Lou, I'm sincerely sorry about the submarine incident. I was really trying to avoid that very thing when I saw that 10' deep stream that we almost dove right into on 101. Due to the steep terrain and abundance of shelf rock at Chadwick, the smallest stream can turn into the "Bermuda Triangle" in no time after the torrential rains like we had before you guys came down. I also felt bad about Wade spraining the wrist on that hillclimb and then taking him up that washed out hill on the way back to camp. That was probably not the best choice, but I didn't think the rocky stream beds would be any better at the time. And, for anyone I left out there on the trails, my humblest apologies. I know Rick and Junior got separated a couple of times and then later Lou (when you whacked the knee :( ). I'll try to tone it down next time. I sometimes forget that to anyone that hasn't been there, Chadwick can be pretty intimidating. Again, a special thanks to TTR Guy for saving Greg from those bears in the woods (not really any bears, but I have seen a few mean deer)! It's not any fun breaking down anywhere, but especially not in a ravine like he was in. Next time you make it down this way, I'll show you guys my favorite trail (104) and for those of you looking for a REALLY good time...we'll have an introduction to Dairy Queen (a kinder, gentler form of torture). ;) Crusty
