Charlotte, NC & Dallas, TX Newspapers?

I've decided that this is the year that I finally will get out of Pittsburgh, PA. As I have visited the two cities in the subject header and enjoy what they have to offer I have picked these two to grace them with my presence. :)

Could the local inhabitants let me know what newspapers in their area have the best classifieds.

If anybody knows of any companies that need a PC Tech with over a years experience and a lot of ambition would you let me know?

If you don't mind being south of Dallas by about 200 miles (in a much nicer location:D i.e. Austin) I know of a place that could put ya' to work.
