i have a 1988 honda xr80,just rebuilt the top end, cleand the carb, put new jets and floats in it.But when i went to start it it was idleing high, so i adjusted the carb settings as any one would, but it did not change a thing.but what i did notic is that when the choke lever is moved the idle changes so the choke is the throttle .So i was hoping that someone would be kind enought to help me out with this problem.
