My clutch does not fully Disengage, and its not a matter of adjustment. Do i need a new cable, Plates, or is it the springs?
I kno on my street bike, it slip, and disengage to much, and that was because fricition plates were wore... but when it dosent fully disengage whats that? Im confusing my self tryin to think about this .. thanks for any help

So you mean it drags? Often they can drag when cold or sitting around for a while. Obviously it still occurs when warm, you have changed the oil recently & this didn’t help, & the cable is ok & adjustment is ok as you say.

Chances are the steels (may be ally if an Mx bike) are warped and or the basket is grooved. Take it apart & inspect, you may find a friction plate broken as well. The metal plates may be coned.
