My clutch lever is pretty hard to pull back all the way. I compared it to my friend's kx125 and his is like butter. mine is hard to pull about 1/2 back then it goes pretty easy. Is this my lever/cable or the clutch itself acting up?

Tahnks guys

It could be a worn pivot in the perch and lever, a worn cable, or more likely the leverage ratio of the clutch release mechanism and stiff clutch springs. Try cleaning and lubing the perch and the cable. If that doesn't help, odds are the springs and leverage ratio are to blame.
