Make sure it is in gear by rotating the back wheel a little till you hear it snap into gear .
Then with the back wheel on the ground and perhaps with someone sitting on the bike
you should be able to back the bolt out. An impact wrench works well here for removal.
Use a proper torque wrench when putting the bolt back.
Honda does make a special holder for this task that bolts to the 4 pressure plate bolt holes.
Looks like a big washer on a stick. Your local machinest/welder can make you one.
