Anyone feel very strongly about what they think is the best replacement clutch parts. I have used several, and never really found one to be that different from another. This will be the first time replacing the discs on the KTM and I am wondering with the hydrolic clutch, is there any benefit to using the heavy duty springs that some companies offer. Or is it best to replace with OEM stuff? Thanks

Mike, how come you're having clutch problems at such an early age?

OEM is best but retail is around $180 for fibers and plates. Spendy, but KTM 250 clutches last a very long time (200 is a different story). I'd measure the fibers to see how worn they are. You might be pleasantly surprised.
