CMRC MX RD 6 - Morden, Manitoba

Some shots from rd 6 of the Canadian Nationals.

#1 - Any thoughts on this one? I like it but maybe a slightly looser crop?

#2 - Defending champ Jean Sebastien Roy airing it out on the uphill.

#3 - 16 year old Colton Facciotti has the speed, the future looks bright.

#4 - Local Manitoba Pro Josh Penner doing a lookover while doing the Racer X Canada helmet cam during practice. The kid in the dark RXC shirt is LazyBoy.

#5 - Climbed into the trees looking for a different perspective. Like the shot, but the people need to go!

#6 - Keith Johnson goes large on the 120 foot downhill.

#7 - This was as close as anyone got to Nevada's Jimmy Nelson (42) all day. He finished off the MX2 West title in style with 7 of 8 moto wins for the series

#8 - Michael Willard(15) who's riding the MX2 East looked like he belonged on the big bike in MX1 out here in the west. The others are JSR (1) and Dusty Klatt (9).

Great pics as usual Chili! On the first shot, were you using Auto-Focus or Manual? Just curious how all that roost was flying in your direction yet you managed to get the rider in focus instead of the roost.

That was still AF, Just make sure I have the center point only selected and have it right in the center of his back.

Nah Emile I climbed INTO the trees, ie went inside the tree line. Glad to see you've decided to come over here for a look. These guys will keep someone with your skills busy forever with questions!
