I know this one!

Finally, a question I can answer! Just do this around the letters/words you want colorized:
{color=red}colorized text is here{/color}

Just replace the brackets I used with the squared off ones like used for bold or italicized print. You can colorize in your posts or in your sig line by making changes to your profile.

Problem is... with different styles used, it can look pretty silly :confused:
I can see it now... multicolored, un-readable posts. Ugg.

I was going to mention that as well. I played around for a half hour with all the different colors and realized that with all the different "Skin" options some of the stuff just wouldn't look good or even show up at all. That's why I settled on just the orange kTm.

A little FYI...
I turned-off the color tags in the reply screen (similar to the buttons you see for images, web addresses, etc), because everyone that used them made posts that couldn't be read. Looked like a kindergarten class around here.

Some savy members discovered that while the buttons were gone, they could still use the color tags manually. I have now removed the ability to use color tags manually as well. Sorry, but it get's WAY out of hand.
