Hi, I wanted to get a speedometer computer for my wr200 dirt bike. I have seen those trail tech ones which look good but wanted to know if there were any other good ones out there that I should be looking at. I don't want to just rig up[ a $15 bicycle one, I am going to spend a few extra bucks for something that will last.

My buget is around 100 bucks.

Thanks,
Colin

Trailtech is about your only option. There are some others out there, ICO and Touratech for example, but they are a little spendy.

I don't know if the new model from Trail Tech is available yet. Their Endurance model seems little more than a bike Odo. The newer Lynx is supposed to be designed specifically for dirtbike/atv use.

the trailtech i have gives mph and distance(trip) push a button and it will give you average mph. another push will give you max mph and total odometer. it gives actual riding time and/or stopwatch function. mine is great to keep up with how far ive been on a tank of gas. its 90 dollars or so. if you are racing enduros, you will want to save your pennies for something nicer. i havent seen the lynx.

The Lynx from Trail Tech looks like a nice unit. I don't know if Trail Tech is having bug or manufacturing problems since the availability date for the Lynx keeps slipping.
