So I noticed some coolant on my brand new spark plug and thought ' this can't be good....'.

I just replaced the left side radiator and filled coolant to the top.

I just had the valves adjusted just before this problem. Could the tech have not noticed a bad gasket? Could I have put to much coolant in?

Any help is cool!

Is it possible that when filling the radiator up you might have spilled some and it wound up in the spark plug valley?

Sounds more like a bad head gasket, you could do a leakdown test, most big chain auto parts stores will rent you a tester.
