What closes the exhaust power valves on a 94 CR 125? I know that the governor opens them with centrifugal action, but what closes them when the rpm's are slowed down? Is there a spring somewhere or in the governor assy? I have my governor out and the side covers off and I cant see how and I have looked through the Clymer manual.
