Im new to mx I mostly use mu cr 250 96 for enduros. My front weel jumps around alot could some one tell me step by step how to change my front suspension for better control on rocky paths

Most mx bikes are too stiffly sprung/damped for an average weight woods rider.Depending on your weight new springs may be needed.MX-Tech link on the left has a good tuning guide for setting up your suspension.
