I got my cr80 and the suspension is very soft. my friend said i can refill the silver cylinder that attaches to the shock. Do i need a new rear shock. The front forks seem to be ok.

You could really use a manual. It will tell you how much weight the bike is set up for. How much do you weigh? Your rear shock has 2 spanner nuts on one threaded end of the shock body. You tighten or loosen it until you reach the proper "race sag". If you can not achieve it you need a different spring. The seal going out will make it real springy and unsafe to drive. If the nitrogen has been messed with(the silver thingy) the shock will not spring back at all. You can not judge how your forks are until the shock is fixed. Its a balance, the front pushes on the back and so on.
