cr coolant

Hi guys new round here and looking for some help last week while out i lost all my coolant due to hole in one of the hoses now im looking at refilling my rads, The coolant i have is a muti add (the stuff you can add to any colour ) that i had for my quad think its for motovehicles can i add this or do i need bike stuff and also do i need to drain of the water pump befor adding
