yohh i was wondering which 85 2 stroke out of yz cr rm kx or sx would be and all around better bike im lik 5'2 lik 117 punds and 13. which would have the best suspension and powerbands. thanks
i dont know much about the rm or sx. my little brother has a kx. ive heard good things mainly for the yz and kx. the kx can take turns and berms really sharp. ive seen many yz 85 riders. and most of them are pretty big and good. the kx catches on to the powerband quickly. as far as my bros. bike., the kx is awesome!
your weight could post a problem on the powerband response. try looking at the 85 expert bikes. itll last you longer because of the enhanced size of the tires and swingarm. im pretty sure theres no difference powerwise.
I bought my Girlfriend a 2002 yz85 a few months ago. She is 5'4" and 115 lbs. It fits her perfect and its plenty powerful. It wheelies with me on it in 4th gear. Its the same 34" seat height as the expert or big wheel 85's too. One good thing is it does not have power valves so top end jobs are super simple.
kx 100 will be a better bike for you because of your size you dont want to out grow the bike right when you get it. but if you get a 85 get yz they are very fast!
i just read a friends magazine and it had the 06 85cc 2strokes shootout the yz came in last but it had the best suspension not sure still more thoughts would be good

Just because a magazine test said it was the worst, doesn't mean it is a bad bike. They nitpick to find all the little details wrong with the bike. For the average rider, they will never notice most of those details. Buy what you think is the best bike for your riding. Use the magazine review as a source of information, not an absolute rule.
So yea i decided on either a kx 100 or a cr85 expert heart set on both and cant decide but that needs to happen because im abuot to get a new bike real soon
which one would preform better stock and probaly be a better track bike thanks.
