cr125 problem

I have a 2005 CR125R, and when i start it up and give it a couple shots of gas and shifting from 1-3 the bike seems boggey. it kills the spark plugs like crazy, when i take the plug out its full of gas and the plug is no good anymore. can anyone help me who might know what the problem could be

whar are you mixing your premix at?
sounds to me like a very rich condition

i'm running a mixture of 32:1

jetting is off cause im running mine at the same ratio and it ahsnt fouled a plug since ive had it. lean it out a little bit drop the clip i setting so the bike is running lean and it should be good

i'm waiting to get the jet in now so i can see if thats the problem or not
