CR250 -99 Fork Oil Level

Hello,

I don't have manual and I'm goining to change
my fork seals. One important thing is missing. What
is the factory suggested amount of oil in one fork?

I'm buying 10W oil, think this is OK? Or should I buy 5W?

The owner's manual shows fork oil capacity is a minimum of 10.8 US ounces (318 cc). Max is 14.0 ounces (414 cc). Standard fork oil quantity is 12.6 US ounces (373 cc).

When working on the forks, the manual says about 12cc of oil will be left in the leg when the tube is left inverted for 20 minutes at 20 degrees C.

The manual recommends 5w oil.
